We loved elevating this charming brick 1 1/2 story home located in the coveted Waterbury neighborhood of Des Moines. The abundance of natural light throughout the house creates a warm and inviting ambiance.

While this home boasts many wonderful features, we took on the challenge of transforming a small galley kitchen and unusable lower-level space into functional and stylish areas that perfectly complement the home's character.
